Pictured - BCBC members gather at Stages Repertory Theater for the 2005 Summer Theater Matinee

     For the second year in a row, the Bayou City Boys Club held its annual Summer Theater Matinee at Stages Repertory Theater.  This fundraiser, held during the middle of summer, offers a fun social event for a good cause indoors away from the notorious Houston summers.  Guests arrived an hour before the start of the featured play and enjoyed cocktails and mimosas.  This year's play, "Honky Tonk Angels", was well received by the 118 in attendance.  The audience was so spirited in fact that the actresses said that the audience was the best they ever had.   At the end of the day, $1,850 was raised for the Center for AIDS.
