November 17, 2007  --

Bayou City Boys Club Inc. (BCBC) is proud to announce the results of its most recent fundraiser, “Tea for 200”.  Although only in its second year of existence in Houston, this event doubled the proceeds raised in its first year.  At the end of the day, the proceeds from the 2007 “Tea for 200” amounted to $12,622.  Prior to the start of the party, all of the expenses were graciously underwritten by Ted Hine. This allowed all of the ticket sales to be given to the beneficiary, the Center for AIDS.

“Tea for 200” is BCBC’s signature fall event.  It is modeled after a party of the same name in Connecticut.  This year, the party moved to the beautiful home Victor Juarez and Wayne Blossat.  Music was provided by DJ Chad Guidry. Bayou City Boys Club would like to thank the event’s underwriter Ted Hine as well as party hosts Victor Juarez and Wayne Blossat.
