BCBC members Rayan al-Jurdi and Bryan Hlavinka man the BCBC booth at the annual Empower event

June 12th, 2004 --

      For the first time ever, BCBC participates in the annual Empower event held at the George R. Brown convention center.  This event, sponsored by the Greater Houston GLBT Chamber of Commerce, showcases many services and businesses available in the community.  Several BCBC members were on hand to provide information to attendees to the event about BCBC and its role in the community.
