March 14th, 2004 --

        On a rainy Sunday morning, members of BCBC gather near downtown Houston to walk for a great cause, the 15th annual AIDS Walk.  Although rain poured down for most of the walk, members were proudly making their way down Allen Parkway for the 5k length of the walk.

     This year's event marks the first time BCBC actually walked the AIDS walk.  In years past, BCBC stood along side passing out water to those walking.  In addition to getting involved walking, BCBC also got actively involved with raising funds.  According to the AIDS walk website, BCBC as a team raised enough for a 4th place finish with a total exceeding $6,700.
