Annual Events
Bayou City Boys Club is a year round fund raising organization. To accomplish this, BCBC puts on one major event during each quarter of the year. Our organization is most known for our spring event, the Jungle Party, however, we also have summer, fall and winter events.

The Jungle Party

The largest and most well known event is the Jungle Party.  Each year on the Saturday night before Easter, members and volunteers transform a space into a dance club atmosphere and feature a prominent nationally recognized DJ.  This widely anticipated dance party attracts over 1,500 people.

Now in its 16th year, Jungle will continue to raise much needed funds for Houston area HIV/AIDS organizations.  General admission tickets are available through local businesses and can also be ordered online through the website.  VIP underwriter packages are also available. Summer Theatre Matinee

In an effort to broaden the range of events Bayou City Boys Club offers to the community, we proudly present the Summer Theatre Matinee.   In year's past, this event has been held in August at Stages Repertory Theatre showcasing the off-Broadway musical, "I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change".  With over a hundred in attendance, this event raised over $2,800 for AIDS Foundation Houston - Stone Soup.

Tea for 200

A new event for BCBC in 2006, Tea for 200, was an absolute success. Based on a similar event in Connecticut, this garden party was held for the first time in Houston on October 8th.  Tickets were limited to 200 and completely sold out a week prior to the event.  With alcohol, food and entertainment completely sponsored, this event was able to raise in excess of $6,000  for its beneficiary, the Center for AIDS.

Red Ribbon Toy Drive

In early December, BCBC hosts an extremely successful and festive holiday toy drive party in an elegant, private residence.  Invited guests are asked to bring an unwrapped toy which will then be distributed by AIDS foundation Houston to children in Houston/Gulf Coast region who are infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS.  Now in its tenth year, Red Ribbon Toy Drive has distributed funds and toys worth in excess of $30,000.
